On the evening of April 20, a fire broke out in Shenzhen Soft Communication Electronics Co., Ltd. located in Xitou Village, Songgang, Shenzhen. The disaster was serious. At present, the factory has stopped production and was sealed by the fire supervision and management team of Baoan Branch of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau.
According to people familiar with the fire, the fire was caused by improper operation in the PCB film removal process, the fire led to the production line equipment were all burned down, the room was also burned up half. It is expected to cause economic losses of soft electronic about 1000000.
Because of the product process requirements, PCB (PCB) especially Shenzhen PCB factory must adopt high temperature and strong acid process, inflammable materials, coupled with the lack of fire management awareness and measures, so fire accidents are relatively easy to occur, known as "the industry with the highest frequency of fire".
